Tarptautinės prekybos poveikio nedarbo lygiui analizė: 20 OECD šalių atvejis

This diploma paper aims to research the correlation between the international trade and unemployment rate: what impact does a more liberalized and growing international trade has on the unemployment rates in the countries. In the first chapter the main research concepts of international trade and unemployment rate are discussed in a detailed manner. The discussion is based on various scholarly theories. Already existing studies on this topic are also reviewed in the first chapter. The method of statistical analysis and processing which was chosen to conduct the research is introduced in the second section of the paper. The statistical data of the variables is also presented in the same chapter. The research though has shown that there is no statistically significant relation between unemployment rate and international trade. The results in depth are presented, analysed and interpreted in the final chapter.Pagrindinis baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra ištirti ryšį tarp tarptautinės prekybos ir nedarbo lygio: kokį poveikį nedarbo lygiui šalyse daro vis laisvėjanti ir auganti tarptautinė prekyba. Pirmajame darbo skyriuje yra gilinimasi į tarptautinės prekybos ir nedarbo reiškinius, kurie yra detaliai aptariami remiantis mokslinėmis teorijomis. Šiame skyriuje taip pat yra apžvelgiami nagrinėjama tema jau atlikti tyrimai. Statistinės analizės ir apdorojimo metodas, kuris buvo pritaikytas baigiamajame darbe, taip pat statistiniai kintamųjų duomenys yra pristatomi antrajame skyriuje. Baigiamojo darbo tyrimo resultatai parodė, jog tarp tarptautinės prekybos bei nedarbo lygio ekonomioje nėra statistiškai reikšmingo ryšio. Darbo rezultatai yra išsamiai aprašomi, analizuojami ir interpretuojami paskutiniame darbo skyriuje
