The primary object of this diploma paper is to assess how international trade influences manufacturing sector in developed and developing countries. First chapter discusses the importance of trade and manufacturing sector to the global economy, theoretically assesses the influence of international trade on manufacturing sector and presents literature review of available studies. In the second section, after selecting 10 developed and 10 developing economies, data analysis of international trade, manufacturing value added and other selected variables over the 1990-2015 time period is provided.
