This study dealt with the subject of the integration of companies and its impact on the merged company's contracts in the light of the laws of the current consolidated companies and the draft law (Jordanian, Palestinian, Egyptian and Algerian Companies Law and comparing them with the Sudanese law). This study aimed to explain the merger and its provisions since it was an idea in the management department Companies wishing to merge until they come into existence, and to clarify the legal consequences thereof, and in particular its impact on the contracts concluded by the merged company. This was done through four chapters،The first chapter devoted to the basics of research and the presentation of his problem and what prompted me to choose and writeIn the second chapter I have been exposed to the definition of integration in Sudanese law and other Arab laws, as well as reviewing the opinions of different jurists and research on the legal nature of integration, and the presentation of jurisprudential opinions in this and the arguments and the pillars of each team. Thus, the third chapter was a detailed and clear study of the completion of the merger process in all its procedures. Its procedures were separated by dividing it into five stages, starting with the preparatory stage, the stage of assessing the assets and liabilities, then the decision to approve the merger and the one who has the right to approve. To follow the completion of the merger process in accordance with the legislation in force in Sudan (the Sudanese Companies Act 2015) and some of the laws of the situation of integration in general. In the fourth and final chapter, he spoke about the effects of integration after the completion of the process for the merged companies and the general merger.
