A one-way analysis of variance was employed to examine spermatozoa motility during the thermoresistance test after cryopreservation of 10 ejaculates from a Pietrain x Yorkshire boar of two years old. There were four extenders: Westendorf modified, Thilmant, trehalose plus glycerol and trehalose without glycerol. Changes in spermatozoa motility were evaluated during the thermoresistance test in thawed semen after 15 days of conservation. The straws were thawed at 56°C during 12 seconds and thereafter measurements were conducted every 15 min during two hours at 37°C. Ten straws per ejaculate were analyzed in every treatment.
