This research is conducted to know whether technical skill, non technical skill, knowledge, and ability competencies have influence toward the increasing of employee working performance in PD Bangun 8anua, South Kalimantan Province. This research is also want to find out how big the influence of those competencies (technical skill, non technical skill, knowledge, and ability) to increase employee working performance. By knowing whether there is any influence or not toward those variables, hopefully it will increase human resources and working performance management
