The research is entitled "Competence Influence toward Employee Work Performance at Publik Work of Spatial Plarnning Housing. Residence, and Land Service Sukabumi Municipality". The research background is interested in phenomenon of there is no activity to increase employce competence regularly, employee work quality is not optimal yet, low work employee productivity, lack of employee skill in using computer facility, and annual repont of 2017 that is not finalized yet.
