This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance Prabu Jati furniture company in Prabumulih. The population in this study were employees of Prabu Jati furniture company in Prabumulih. Samples were taken using a sampling method saturated. Samples were obtained as many as 23 people. Data collected through questionnaires to 23 Prabu Jati furniture company employees in Prabumulih . Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis using SPSS ver. 16.0. The results show that the first hypothesis (H0) states that there is no effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, rejected. The second hypothesis (H1) which states that job satisfaction affects employee performance, acceptable
