Emotional Exhaustion is one of burnout dimensions and predictor of Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Human resources management scholars have been paying their attention to this subject. However, they tend to ignore EE\u27s phenomena in hospital. Therefore, this study investigate the factor affedcting the emotional exhaustion among medical staff at a growing hospital in Padang city.
