The Master Plan for Union Beach is a written and graphic statement concerning the future development of the Borough. Aspects of the Master Plan are separated out in this report, and specific recommendations are singled out and highlighted. In this manner the officials and citizens of the Borough will be better able to comprehend what courses of action are open to them as a benefit of the master planning program. The various programs available to accomplish the plan are discussed in detail, related to the action which the Borough may undertake. Deliberation on these courses of action will provide a basis for continuing planning of various private and public projects to be carried out in the Borough over the years
