This report is a recommended general guide for the comprehensive long-range development of the borough of West Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey. It contains a recommended Master Plan for the Borough, one of seven developed as part of the Community Planning Program being conducted by the Planning Board. The preceding five reports examine present-day conditions in West Long Branch. The seventh, and final, report contains an action program to implement the Plan.
