Comprehensive plan Hopatcong Borough 1969 addendum

A master plan is not a blueprint or a rigid guide. It is a document that must be reviewed and updated periodically. The Borough of Hopatcong Master Plan, initiated in May, 1964, and completed in January, 1967, has been reviewed by the Planning Board and updated and revised by its consultant, the Division of State and Regional Planning, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. This addendum to the 1967 Master Plan Report, and the master plan itself, form the basis for the revised Master Plan of the Borough of Hopatcong. Much of the data and many of the recommendations presented in the preliminary master plan reports are still current.
