Master plan, borough of Riverdale, New Jersey; Title vii master plan studies, report number 2

In the summer of 1959, we presented to the Planning Board a Report on existing conditions and analyzed problems of the Borough of Riverdale. This present report, the 1960 Master Plan, sets forth the objectives and, together with a zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, official map and capital improvements program, outlines a means of reaching those objectives.The preparation of this report was financed in part through an urban planning grant from the Housing and Home Finance Agency, under the provisions of Section 701 of the Housing Act of 1954, as amended. The remainder has been financed by local funds and by an appropriation of the State of New Jersey as part of the Expanded State and Regional Planning Program
