Keyport Harbor: A Plan to Improve the Downtown & Waterfront, Work Product 2 - Draft Report

As Work Product Two, the Draft Final Report summarizes the process and decisions which led to the recommended plan for Keyport's waterfront and downtown area. It is organized into four sections: (1) Review of Design Alternatives, (2) The Waterfront Element, (3) The Preliminary Downtown Element, and (4) Typical Treatment Suggestions and Costs. Work Product One of this study documented a thorough inventory of the existing conditions in terms of land use, circulation, public property and amenities, buildings and special areas. Following the first work product, the consultants developed a list of goals and objectives to be met by the plan.
