Red Bank, NJ is a small borough with thriving shops, financial institutions and other establishments. Because the borough is fully developed, any new development would take the form of redevelopment. This report presents a plan for waterfront redevelopment. One purpose of the plan is to help implement Coastal Resource and Development Policies which encourage public access to waterfront, recreational use of the waterfront, mixed use redevelopment and a goal of one waterfront park per municipality.
