This plan for waterfront development along the Raritan River in New Brunswick and Highland Park is made possible through a Local Coastal Grant from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Coastal Resources, Bureau of Coastal Planning and Development. This is the first grant of this nature for a New Jersey riverfront and is unique because it involves two municipalities with a common river boundary.
