Pengaruh Persepsi Karyawan Tentang Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja

This research was aimed to find out: (1) whether there is an influence of employee’s response on recruitment towards the employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja, (2) whether there is an influence of employee’s response on selection process towards the employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja, (3) whether there is an influence of simultaneous employee’s responses on recruitment and selection process towards the employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja. This study used descriptives quantitative methods. The population of this research was all of the employees consisting 77 people. Sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. Data collected process used questionnaire. F-test, coefficient determination and double regression test were applied as the data analyzing techniques. According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) there is a positive significant influence between employee’s response on recruitment and employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja 2017. This is proven by the yield of F–test on the significant level of 5% or 0.05. The result of F-test for recruitment with employee’s performance was Fcount= 4.769 > Ftable= 4.06. Hence, Ho is accepted. (2) there is a positive significant influence between employee’s response on selection and employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja 2017. This is proven by the result of F-test on the significant level of 5% or 0.05. The result shows that tcount = 5.337 > Ftable = 4.06. Therefore, Ho is accepted. (3) there is a positive significant influence of simultaneous employee’s response on recruitment and selection process towards the employees performance of PT. Fajar Bangun Raharja 2017 which is proven by the result of double regression test on the significant level of 5%, sig value = 0.009 < 0.05, therefore Ho is accepted. Based on the coefficient determination, it is shown that 20.4% of recruitment and selection affects the employees performance, while 79.6% of the employees performance is affected by other factors
