This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of employee recruitment on employee performance of PT. Vale Tbk. The population in this study were 326 employees of Human Resources and Corporate Services. However, the samples studied were 77 using the Slovin formula with tolerance or desired as much as 10%, (0.1). The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with a sample of 77 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of employee recruitment has a positive effect on performance.
