This research aims to understand of importance the transfer of notary protocols in elektronic form and legal security in Indonesia. In doing writting this writter uses the approach juridical normative. This research An analysis of this research using syllogism deductive and interpretation using reflect deductive pattern , syllogism used is using syllogism deductive approach the process of reasoning it from a state of common to special circumstances and drawn conclusion as statement of the truth. Protocol notary is an archive and state documents should be kept and maintained by a notary in accordance with UUJN-P clause 1 sentence (13). The conventional documents (paper based) is easily damaged or lost event easier to recovered in a short time.
