The purpose of this article is to attempt a critical analysis of the concept of diversity management. Attention was drawn to the essence and impact of humanization of management on the development of the concept of diversity management. The research method adopted in the article is a critical analysis of the literature and inference. The article analyzes the concept of diversity management from the perspective of a critical paradigm (CMS) in management sciences. Selected aspects of management sciences from the perspective of their impact on the concept of diversity management were presented.
