Histopathological changes in lungs from mice after RSV challenge.

Lung tissues (n = 5 per group) were collected from individual mice and tissue section were stained with (A) hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and (B) periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) to assess pulmonary histopathologic changes day 5 post challenge. Scale bars represent 100 μm (×100 magnification). Mouse groups are the same as described in Fig 3.
