The expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1, CD36, and CD47 were determined by FACS analysis of Cyp1b1+/+ and Cyp1b1-/- LSEC. Please note a dramatic decrease in the level of ICAM-1 in Cyp1b1-/- LSEC as compared with wild type cells. Levels of ICAM-2, VCAM-1 and CD47 remained similar between the two cell types. Expression of CD36 was modestly increased Cyp1b1-/- LSEC. These experiments were repeated with two isolations of LSEC with similar results.</p
