Western blot analysis of TSG101 protein levels in the patient and control individuals (1, 2, 3 and 4) lymphoblastoid cell lines. β-ACTIN was used as an internal control. Quantification of TSG101 was performed relative to β-ACTIN. The average of all control individuals values were set to 100%. TSG101 levels: Patient lymphoblastoid cell line (47±4.09%, p<0.01456), Control 1 lymphoblastoid cell line (104±8.73%), Control 2 lymphoblastoid cell line (96±10.34%), Control 3 lymphoblastoid cell line (97±9.80%), Control 4 lymphoblastoid cell line (100±8.38%).</p
