List of GO terms and gene lists included in the tissue restricted gene enrichment analysis. A total number of 105, 89, 85, 92, 81, 86, and 95 GO terms for WBSF, marbling, cooking loss, tenderness, juiciness, connective tissue, and flavor respectively, were included in the analysis. These sets of GO terms were analyzed provided a GO term prediction analysis for the list used as background with DAVID Bioinformatic Resources 6.8 server [112].
