Nous avons donc émis l'hypothèse qu'il existe une symbiose nutritionnelle entre les cellules stromales et les cellules tumorales, qui contribue à la tumorigenèse et, nous nous sommes concentrés sur les macrophages. Typiquement, ils sont classés comme classiques (M1-like) ou alternatifs (M2-like) et dans le stroma, les macrophages ont tendance à avoir un phénotype M2-like.
