Efficiency analysis of fruit and vegetable plants

This work is part of the project Improving competitiveness in horticultural plants in the province of Almeria through innovation. In this SECOND PHASE, AN EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF THE HORTICULTURAL PLANTS is presented under the aspects of economic value generation, use of raw materials and infrastructures and consumption of resources.Este trabajo forma parte del proyecto Mejora de la competitividad en las centrales hortícolas de la provincia de Almería a través de la innovación. En esta SEGUNDA FASE se presenta un ANÁLISIS DE EFICIENCIA DE LAS CENTRALES HORTÍCOLAS bajo los aspectos de generación de valor económico, aprovechamiento de materia prima e infraestructuras y consumo de recursos.
