Internet banking is the benefit of information technology as a medium in order to perform online banking transactions. This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived benefit, security, perceived ease of use and information quality the use of internet banking BRI in Surabaya. This research uses purposive sampling method with 84 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The result of this research indicates that security has no significant positive effect on internet banking usage, while the perceived of benefit, perceived ease of use and information quality a significant positive effect on the use of internet banking BRI in Surabaya.
