the rapidly evolving developments of information technology makes the inofasion internet based business applications. to provide fast service and simplify bank customers in transactions is one of them by providing internet banking facility. common transactions through internet banking include checking accounts and transferring funds from one account to another account. this study aims to analyze the influence of trust, benefit and ease of use on the intentions of customers of internet banking users at bank central asia surabaya. the method used in this study is by quantitative methods and using primary data by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents internet banking users at bank central asia surabaya. the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with the criterion of customers over 19 years. the analysis used in this research is using mra (moderated regression analysis). the results of this study indicate that together the influence of trust, perception of ease of use significantly on usage internet banking and security has no effect significantly on usage internet banking bank central asia surabaya
