One of electronic banking media which provided by bank is internet banking. Internet banking is provided to simplify the customers do banking transactions quickly and efficiently. This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use, risk, and service features against the customer’s decision using Bank Mandiri internet banking in Surabaya. The sample used in this study are customers Bank Mandiri internet banking clients in the Surabaya city.
