FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2012-2014

Each company certainly wants the sale price of shares have a high potential sale price. A high stock prices indicate that the value of the firm is also high. The achievement of a firm’s value can provide a positive impact both on the internal and external parties. This research aims to examine the effect of leverage, the company's growth, profitability and investment decisions to firm value. The population in this research is all banking companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2014 with 28 companies used as samples. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously all of independent variables affect the firm value. In partial results showed that (1) the leverage affect on the firm value with significant levels of 0.021, (2) the company's growth does not affect on the firm value with significant levels of 0.413, (3) the profitability effect on the firm value with a significant level of 0.000 and (4 ) investment decisions does not affect on the firm value with a significant level of 0.220.
