The firm value reflects the assets owned by the company. One of the company’s goals generally is to get maximum profit and increase the value of the company. The firm value is the investor’s perception of the company associated with the stock price. This study intend to examine to effect of financial performance on firm value. The subjects of this study are companies listed in the LQ 45 Index period 2013-2017. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0.
