Pengaruh Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, company size and capital structure on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative data analysis method using the SPSS program. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the SPSS version 2.0 tool. This study shows that leverage does not affect the value of the company. This is evidenced by the significance value greater than 5% (0.059> 0.05). On the variable profitability affects the value of the company. This is evidenced by the significance value of less than 5% (0,000 <0,05). In testing the variable size the company affects the value of the company. This is evidenced by the significance value of less than 5% (0,000 <0,05). Then the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the capital structure does not affect the value of the company. This is evidenced by the significance value greater than 5% (0.902> 0.05)
