Estimation-based Maximum Power Point Tracking of a Photovoltaic Array

Za osiguranje čim veće efikasnosti fotonaponskog sustava koriste se algoritmi za pozicioniranje u točku maksimalne snage (tvz. MPPT algoritmi) fotonaponskog polja. Ovo je naročito bitno u uvjetima gdje se sunčeva ozračenost brzo mijenja što znatno utječe na strujno-naponsku karakteristiku fotonaponskog polja, a samim time i na proizvodnju fotonaponskog sustava. U ovom radu izrađen je simulacijski model DC/DC silaznog pretvarača s implementiranim krugom upravljanja po naponu na strani fotonaponskog polja. Na temelju razvijenog modela fotonaponskog polja i pripadnog pretvarača, te na temelju ranije snimljenih podataka o upadnoj dozračenosti i temperaturi fotonaponskog polja u LARES-u, u programskom alatu MATLAB provjeren je P&O algoritam, te je također predložena nova struktura MPPT algoritmaTo ensure greater efficiency of a photovoltaic system, algorithms are used for positioning at the maximum power point (MPPT algorithms) of the photovoltaic field. Simulation model of a DC / DC buck converter with a voltage control circuit on the side of the photovoltaic field was developed in this paper. Using already developed model of the photovoltaic field and the associated converters, and based on previously recorded data on solar irradiance and temperature of the photovoltaic field in LARES, P & O algorithm was checked, and also a new structure of a MPPT algorithm was proposed
