Anonyme volkssprachliche Traktatliteratur als eine Form des Weiterwirkens von Meister Eckhart im 14. Jahrhundert

The present paper studies the so called Ps.-Eckhartian treatises under a codicological and structural point of view and develops a first tentative typology of those texts that are a significant element in the 14th century German spiritual literature. The vernacular works of Meister Eckhart played an important role in the production of treatise literature, as extracts from them were often used in producing new treatises, and aggregated and >recycledrecycling< extracts of Eckhart explicitly or in hidden and anonymous forms
