The selected topic describes a controversial viewpoint, towards theoretical beginnings of legal government. As far as officially suggested, these ideas were firstly raised in a genuine works of Antic thinkers. But were they original discoverers? In author‘s opinion, there was something before them, which was essential and meaningful for all the people. That was mythology. Running public matters, as well as customary law, of ancient Greek cities, were based on a multi-personal religion. Examples of commitment examples were highly supported in an individual legends and myths of every region – Sparta, Phoenicia, Athens or Mycenae.
