HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT TASPEN

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the Work Environment with Job Satisfaction Employees at PT. Taspen Persero Jakarta. This research was conducted 3 months since May 2018 until July 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study are permanent employees in the tbsp division, general division and service division of 93 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 51.13 + 0.799X. The test of analysis requirement is the test of normality of error of regression estimation of Y over X with liliefors test yield Lhitung = 0,087, while Ltabel for n = 93 at significant level 0.05 is 0,092 Because Lhitung Ftable that is, 148,10> 3,95, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Coefficient of product moment correlation from pearson resulted rxy = 0,268, then tested significance of correlation coefficient by using t test and generated thitung = 2,16 and t table = 1,67 Thus, it can be concluded that correlation coefficient rxy = 0,787 is significant. Coefficient of determination obtained equal to 7,19% which show that 61,94% variable of job satisfaction determined by work environment. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction
