Abstract In the life of interaction between the community both in terms of legal actions between the community and one another it is necessary to make a legal relationship in order to have legality, one of the functions of law is to provide legal certainty in social life. For the sake of achieving legal certainty, it is necessary to have authentic written evidence regarding legal conditions, events, or actions, this has an impact on the increase in Notary services.
