ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA MEMBERIKAN KETERANGAN PALSU DALAM AKTA OTENTIK SEBAGAIMANA DIMAKSUD DALAM PASAL 266 AYAT (1) KUHP

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to answer some of the problems related to the crime of giving false information in an authentic deed referred to in Article 266 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, namely: (1) whether the verdict Judge in the decision No. 603/pid.b/2013/pn.jkt.tim in accordance with Article 266 paragraph (1)? (2) how Notary responsibility as a public official in the deed who later turned out to be a false statement? The method used in this research is the method of normative legal research using secondary data. Secondary data is legal materials obtained through library. The results showed that the actions of the defendant to enter false information in an authentic deed in accordance with Article 266 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. Notary responsibility as a public official in the deed who later turned out to be a false statement, is based on Law No. 30 2004 About Notary explicitly mentioned in Article 65 which states that the notary (substitute notary, notary specific replacement and acting notary) is responsible for every deed he made. On the other hand, the Notary as a public official authorized to make an authentic deed must be accountable for the deed he made ​​later if it turns out the problem arises from the authentic act.
