The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between social support with pre-retirement anxiety. Subjects in this study were civil servants at Surakarta City Hall with criteria men and women aged 57 years, marital status married, and having children. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used in this study is the scale of social support and anxiety scale pre-retirement. Data analysis using Spearman product moment correlation technique.
