Retirement is one of the events that will make individual employees experiencing new conditions in their lives and often cause anxiety. Retirement anxiety is very possible can be suppressed by the existence of self-efficacy and social support from family members. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family social support and retirement anxiety. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and family social support with retirement anxiety. The sampling technique of this study is a population study. The method of data collection uses a quantitative approach with a measure of the scale of self-efficacy, the scale of family social support, and the scale of retirement anxiety.
