Add to ORKGBachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building with pharmacy on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building is separated into two independent function parts. Dominant part is residential area, formed by ten residential units and the other part is an establishment – pharmacy. Both parts have separated entrances so they do not limit each other in service. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has exterior contact thermal insulation system ETICS
