Apartment house

Bachelor´s thesis premises designed Apartments building at the documentary for execution of works. Dominant part is residential area, formed by nine residential units. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The basement is walled with permanent concrete formwork blocks. The ground floors are walled with sand-lime blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building have exterior thermal insulation system with ventilated facade, while the rest of the building is rendered
