Add to ORKGThe aim of the bachelor’s thesis is a processing of the design documentation for the construction of apartment building in Střelice. The building detached with three above-ground and one underground floor. In the basement there is a gym, cellar and technical facilities. There are a total of eight apartments on upper floors consisting of: 4 apartments 4+kk and 4 apartments 2+kk. Most apartments have separate loggias. The building also includes eleven parking spaces and parking for garbage cans. The building is insulated with ETICS contact thermal insulation systém and the roof is formed by a flat roof
