Inteligencia emocional y procesos atencionales ¿una relación posible?

In the present work we analyze the relationship that can exist between emotional intelligence and attentional processes in children from 4 to 5 years of age. Through the elaboration and execution of this research work, it was possible to make a process of observation and intervention, with the will of promoting the emotional intelligence in favour of stability, which favours focusing and concentration; and the ability to manage emotions. In regards to the methodology used, participant observation and ludic-pedagogical workshops were carried out, aimed at mobilizing the internalization of emotional intelligence and following up on the relationship it has with attention processes, detecting interactions, behaviors, rhythms and levels on attention itself. The research allowed the mobilization of thought and action, putting into action the skills of emotional intelligence and also attention, to recognize the relationship between them in the chosen group, respecting the playful nature of the children in their respective ages, and favouring the mediations of the spirit of early childhood educationEn el presente trabajo se analiza la relación que puede haber entre, inteligencia emocional y los procesos atencionales en los niños de 4 a 5 años. Por medio de la elaboración y ejecución de este trabajo de investigación, se permitió hacer un proceso de observación e intervención, pretendiendo la promoción de la inteligencia emocional en pro de una estabilidad, que favorezca la focalización y concentración; y la habilidad de gestión de las emociones. Frente a la metodología utilizada, se hizo observación participante y talleres lúdico-pedagógicos, encaminados a movilizar la interiorización sobre la inteligencia emocional y hacer seguimiento a la relación que tiene con los procesos de atención, detectando las interacciones, comportamientos, ritmos y niveles sobre la misma. De manera que la investigación permitió la movilización del pensamiento y la acción, poniendo en marcha las habilidades de la inteligencia emocional y también la atención, para reconocer la relación entre ellas, en el grupo elegido, respetando la naturaleza lúdica de los niños con sus respectivas edades, y favoreciendo las mediaciones propias del espíritu de la educación infanti
