The success of Samsat Kota Semarang II in the receipt of regional income (tax) in the motor vehicle sector is still felt to be lacking, this is based on a decrease in the number of local revenue receipts (taxes) in the motor vehicle sector from 2013-2016. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate and leadership style on employee performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable in Samsat Kota Semarang II.
