ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work discipline and examine the influence of organizational culture and Leadership Style, on Employee Performance through work discipline as an interverning variable. The data used in this study are primary data distributed to all KSP Artha Mulia employees spread in Central Java, East Java and Banten with a total of 144 people. The analytical tool used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is run with AMOS software.
