ANALISIS FINANSIAL BUDIDAYA JERUK KEPROK SIAM DI KECAMATAN BANGOREJO KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the characteristics of citrus farmers in Bangorejo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency 2) To financially analyze Siamese Tangerine Cultivation in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency. Location determination is done purposively in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency with research subjects as the Siamese tangerine farmers. The population in this study were orange farmers in Bangorejo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency, which were 32 farmers. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was used for data in the form of numbers used to determine costs, receipt, income, and feasibility of usahapetani oranges in Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency. The results of the study and discussion can be seen that the income of siam orange farming in Bangorejo District is Rp. 55,771,875 / year with the average revenue obtained by farmers, which is Rp. 37,121,810. From the calculation of efficiency level, Siam citrus farming in Bangorejo District is efficient to develop. Based on the results of calculations that I have done regarding the calculation of NPV in the Siamese orange business proves that the result is NPV of Rp. 91,759,462 greater than 0, the calculation of B / C ratio gets Rp.2,92 greater than 1, and the IRR 13,62% greater than the 12% interest rate so it can be concluded that the business is feasible. The capital repayment period is 4.2 months
