PENGARUH SEKOLAH ADIWIYATA TERHADAP KARAKTER PEDULI LINGKUNGAN SISWA SDN LOWOKWARU 2 MALANG

In fact, the student's environmental care character in SDN Lowokwaru 2 Malang has not seen well, so it is necessary to know the influence of the school adiwiyata towards the environmental cares character. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of school adiwiyata to the environmental caring character of the students of SDN Lowokwaru 2 Malang, and (2) how much influence of the school adiwiyata to the environmental caring character of the students of SDN Lowokwaru 2 Malang. This research uses quantitative research approach. Then the type of research used is associative research. As a source of data, selected population of 614 from class I to class VI SDN Lowokwaru 2 Malang academic year 2017/2018. Of the total population, a random sample was determined to be 221 respondents from grade I to class VI. This research was conducted with questionnaire and interview to get the data. The results showed (1) through correlation test obtained by Pearson correlation of 0,254 with a positive value and significance test is obtained through the probability of 0,000 < sig.0,05. It means that schools Adiwiyata positive and significant effect on the character of environmental awareness of students of SDN Lowokwaru 2 Malang. (2) through regression test obtained the R value of 0,254 (0,254 × 100%). The influence of school adiwiyata on the environmental care character of SDN Lowowaru 2 students by 25,4%
