This study aims to find is there any relation between self-concept and achievement motivation with learning result of accounting introduction in eleventh grade 17 Jakarta vocational school students academic year 2015/2016, partially or simultaneously. This study using survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study involved all eleventh grade acountant students in 17 Jakarta Vocational School that divided into three departments: accountant, office administration, and marketing. From 161 students, 114 of them are the sample of the study. This study using doubled-linier regression analysis data technique. The hypothesis tested using T-test and F-test. Based on the data analysis, it is known that t count (1,991) > t table (1,981). It means that partially, there is relationship between self-concept and learning result. The result is similar between achievement motivation and learning result, where the analysis test result in t count (3,198) > t table (1,981). The F-test also done and the result is F count (18,250) > Ftable (3,08). There is a positive and significant relation between achievement motivation with learning result using double coefficent correlation 0,005 and coefficient determination for (R) 2 was 25%. In conclusion, simultaneously there is the relationship between self-concept and achievement motivatiion with learning result
