Kontribusi Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Siswa Putra Kelas VIII SMP N 6 Tambang

Based on the observation of the students of grade VIII SMP N 6 Tambang, it is seen that the students' long jump results are still close to the repulsion board, it is caused by the inexistence of the muscle limb muscle power of the students, the unfavorable technique satisfaction where the student looks hesitant in placing the foot at the time of repulsion, and coordination of student movement that is not harmonious so that student long jump results not maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of explosive muscle limb power to the long jump results of the squat style of the students of grade VIII SMP N 6 Tambang. This type of research is correlation. Population in this research is student of class VIII SMP N 6 Tambang which amounted to 20 people. The technique used is total sampling. Data analysis technique used is r test. Based on result of research which have been done can be concluded that there is contribution of muscle limb explosive power to long jump result of squat style student of class VIII SMP N 6 Tambang 30,36% with rhitung bigger than rtabel (0,551> 0,444)
