One of the main roles of Human resource managers is the knowledge of each job position and its relevant role within the company, its creation, its current state and the future employees' character for the job fulfilment. The recruitment process is directly linked to the number of vacant positions as well as to its characteristics. Recruiting policies follow a set pattern, described in the literature, as a key process to allocate, approach and finally recruit the best that the human resource market offers. Motivation and education have proven as a necessary component of employee satisfaction and it enhances the unique abilities of each person.
